Location: Tokyo, Japan (or Remote)
Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, and analyze information and data related to international policies, regulations, and geopolitical trends.
- Assist in drafting policy research reports, briefs, and client proposals.
- Support the team in conducting market research and data analysis to provide deep industry insights to clients.
- Monitor and assess the potential impact of global policy changes on industries.
- Participate in team meetings and provide support during client communications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in International Relations, Political Science, Economics, or related fields.
- 1-2 years of relevant internship or work experience (exceptional fresh graduates will also be considered).
- Strong data analysis skills; proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other office tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese; proficiency in Japanese is a plus.
- Strong logical thinking, a quick learner, detail-oriented, and a team player.

Responsibilities:
- Lead international teams in conducting policy analysis and research projects, delivering high-level strategic recommendations to clients.
- Provide in-depth analysis of international policies, geopolitical dynamics, and regulatory changes, offering high-value insights and advice.
- Design, develop, and implement policy response strategies and market entry plans for corporate clients.
- Author policy white papers, industry reports, and client-specific research deliverables.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with governments, industry experts, and stakeholders globally.
- Mentor and train junior analysts, enhancing the overall expertise of the team.
Requirements:
- Master's degree or higher, preferably in International Relations, Political Science, Economics, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably with a background in international consulting or policy research organizations.
- Expertise in data analysis and policy research methodologies, with proven project management experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese; fluency in Japanese is a plus.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced international environments with a high sense of responsibility.
